How to Order Online

Ordering online at christiana.com.au is easy and simple. Just browse through our products and add items to your shopping cart. Go through the checkout process and make your payment.

Click on a product image for more detailed information. Select the Qty you want to order and click on ‘Add to shopping cart’.

You can review your items on your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.

We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been placed along with your invoice and payment receipt. If you do not receive this email within 30mins, please contact us.

We will process your order for dispatch as soon as we have received your order within 1-2 business days. An email will be sent to you when it is shipped along with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of your order. Rural areas and WA may take longer.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can follow it up for you.
