Refund Policy

We aim to make your online shopping at Christiana to be pleasant and easy as possible, and that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the product purchased or if it is not what you expected, or your product arrived damaged/faulty you have the option of returning the product for either a replacement, or refund.  All return claim must be reported by email to customercare@christiana.com.au

 

You must include the following when contacting us for return:

  • Copy of your invoice/receipt
  • Reason for your return or a brief description of the fault or issue
  • Where possible a photograph of the damaged/faulty product
  • Contact number or email

Please do not send back any items without contacting us first and without instructions from us on what to do.

 

Returns for damaged/faulty item

 

If your goods arrived damaged or faulty please let us know as soon possible within 7 days upon receipt. We may request a photograph of the damaged/faulty item to determine the best way to help you.

 

Returns for Change of Mind

 

Please choose carefully when purchasing products on our online store. If you do change your mind after receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the product from date of purchase.

Goods returned for change of mind or not suitable must:

  • be in its original condition and packaging,
  • not be opened and used,
  • the refund will be for the product only not the postage cost, and

 cost of return the product will be at your own expense.

 

Note that refunds can only be issued to the credit card that was originally charged for the product.
